So we picked out a new face for the fireplace and nearly all the paint colors today :) (At least all the paint colors we need to paint this week.) I'm so excited I keep thinking we close tomorrow!
Meanwhile, I had a blast sailing today and gave my 1st 2 lessons! My students said I did a great job which was both amusing and comforting. Then I went to a Mead Tasting in Ferndale which was quite good and now feel inspired to make my own mead. I told S I would prefer to have a "cellar" that consisted of meads, beers and wines were brewing, instead of 3000 bottles of some stuff we bought. I think this will be a fun yet tasty new hobby! (And I now have plenty of room to do it!)
