Honeymoon

We won an all inclusive honeymoon package to Mexico or the Dominican Republic! I'm so excited! Shaun said we would decide where we go based on which destination has the cheapest flight. Oh, I can't wait! I was hoping we would win a honeymoon since the wedding fund is dwindling. I'll keep you posted on the latest.

Wedding Cake

So we met with cake lady today, actually Kelly's Cakes in Mellott and ordered our wedding cake. We met with Kelly herself, a more timely and thought provoking task than first imagined. We were there for nearly an hour and a half. But I showed her the picture of the cake I wanted from some magazine and the cake topper I chose from Crawford's Bakery and she said that was no problem. Then we got to taste different flavors. I knew I wanted red velvet, but wasn't about to turn down the opportunity to sample other flavors. Marble, chocolate, white... all very good, but red velvet is still my choice! I'm so excited!

Vegas Baby, Vegas

The jury's out... We're going to Las Vegas for our Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties! Details are up in the air somewhat, but I will keep you posted! I'm so excited though, as I've never been!
